We are seeking an individual with a bachelors degree or experience in an agriculture related field to be a part of our bank team. This candidate will be responsible for generating new Ag loan relationships by outside sales calls and business development activities. Must be able to promote bank products through cross-selling and taking an active role in the community through service and professional associations. An agricultural background is required with preference given to experience in selling agricultural related products. Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills; and be able to work independently with professional judgement. This is a full time position Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Regular travel is required.
